Flosss - Take 2

We did another round of baking last Sunday. At midnight. Not that we planned to, but after letting the dough rise, twice, it got pretty late.

The man behind the dough

Dough, before rising

After rising! It really goes "boing" when you touch it... :)

After egg-wash, and before going into the oven. We decided to play around with the dough and make hot-dog buns too.

The Flosss! Much softer this time! We used the sweet dough recipe off the Gourmet magazine website, the same place where we saw the video for kneading. And we used mayo and sugar for the cream. Tastes almost the same, but still not quite there yet!

Caterpillar Bread! So fun to make!

Hehe yeah making bread is fun! Can be quite tiring though, when it comes to the kneading part. The pork floss is actually from SG. We finished using it already, so we won't be making anymore Flosss till we get back to SG... :P And that will be in January, Bou Bou!
