M.Y.M.P. absolute acoustic

The first time I heard this CD was in a CD shop in Illuma, with XT.

I fell in love with their music, but being a very non-compulsive shopper, I left without buying.

Weeks went by with me trying to see if I can get it via "other channels", but no such luck.

So when I bumped into XT at Ion today, I took it as a divine sign that I should just buy the CD.

We went to Titanium and asked for their CD. Strangely, it was hidden in a dark corner (really, it is a corner) of the store.

Apparent from the title, the music is acoustic in nature. The female lead, Juris Fernandez, has a crisp, clear voice. Somehow she reminds me of Angie Hart from Frente!, which really brings back good memories for me, because they accompanied me back in my secondary school days (even though the style of music is very different).

I can imagine listening to this CD while on long road trips, or while driving in SG at night. Very easy-listening, and you will definitely be familiar with some of the songs in the CD, coz they are mostly classic hits. Plus, suckers for love songs like me will be in for a treat!

XT asks me to put some music on my blog... if by some stroke of good luck I manage to get it done, I will put up M.Y.M.P for you guys to have a listen.
