WE HAVE NEW PIGGIES!!!

Yes! Dr Becker informed us last week that she will be getting three pregnant piggies this Tuesday, that we can help foster one!

Then on Sunday, she said that:
1. One piggie has already given birth on Friday to two girls
2. One piggie has already given birth on Saturday to two girls and a boy
3. The third piggie was actually a male. (Yeah, he was SO big the people thought he was a pregnant female)

We were so excited! We went over last night to pick up the piggies... and here they are!!


Here is Mommy and her two girls. They are not named as yet, and we are still brainstorming for names. But here is one of the girls, with a white butt... She is soooo cute! Doesn't the white fur make it seem like she is wearing diapers? So Shisheng said we should name her Huggies.

They were born on Friday the 13th. So far, Mommy has been doing a really good job. You can really see her maternal instincts at work. She will make sure an area is safe before her babies enter the area. And she licks them ever so often to clean them up. And she allows them to wean whenever they want to. They look so sweet when they are all cosied up together in a corner!

So now we have FIVE piggies at home! Teehee... But as soon as the babies are not drinking milk from Mommy anymore, we will be giving all of them back to Dr Becker so that they can be adopted. It is always easier for babies to be adopted off coz they are soooo cute.
