Thanksgiving Steamboat

The turkey was absent from our Thanksgiving dinner. In fact, so were its other fowl friends. We had a steamboat instead. It was sumptious!

We had yummy shabu-shabu beef and pork. Sally brought really big and fresh prawns and grouper (with bones painstakingly removed ). And there was lamb too! We really couldn't ask for more.

With sub-zero temperatures outside, it was really nice to be indoors eating steaming hot food. In fact, the windows did steam up halfway through dinner.

Happy hungry people about to dig in!
